If you have a permanent stoma and are insured under the Québec health insurance plan, you may be eligible for the Ostomy Appliances Program. The Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec reimburses a portion of the purchase or replacement cost of the items required (bags, carrying case, adapter, etc.).
