If you are unable to leave your home because of your state of health, a physical handicap or an intellectual disability, you may be able to obtain home support services.
The services include:
professional care and services in your home;
home support services;
services for caregivers;
psychological services;
technical support.
The aim of home support services is to avoid hospitalization and reduce its duration, as well as to ease the return home after an illness or a surgery.
